How we process personal data in general is described in our Personal Data Processing Policy (Privacy Policy) available here.

These Cookies Policy explain which cookies and similar technologies we use on our websites, for what purposes and how you can manage them.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser or on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to:

  • recognise your device,
  • remember certain settings and choices,
  • evaluate how the website is used,
  • display personalised content and advertising.

In addition to cookies, we may also use other technologies (such as pixel tags, web beacons or device identifiers) that work in a similar way. For the sake of simplicity, we refer to all of these technologies collectively as cookies in this document.

3. What types of cookies we use

On our websites, we use the following categories of cookies:

  1. Essential (technical) cookies
    • ensure the basic functions of the website (displaying pages, sending forms, etc.),
    • without them the website would not function properly or certain services could not be provided,
    • their use does not require your consent – the legal basis is our legitimate interest in the operation of the website.
  1. Analytics and statistical cookies (GA4, Search Console)
    • help us understand how visitors use the website (number of visits, which pages people view, from which source they came to the website, etc.),
    • thanks to them we can improve the website and make it more user-friendly,
    • the legal basis is your consent, which you give us via the cookie banner.
  1. Marketing and remarketing cookies (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
    • allow us and our partners to display more relevant advertising to you (for example, to remind you of our products after you have visited our website),
    • are also used to measure the performance of advertising campaigns (conversions, visits from ads, type of campaign, etc.),
    • the legal basis is your consent given through the cookie banner – without your consent, marketing and remarketing cookies are not activated.

4. Specific tools and partners

We use in particular the following third-party tools on our websites:

4.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC

  • Purpose: web analytics – measuring website traffic, user behaviour on the website and traffic sources.
  • It helps us understand which pages are important to visitors and how to improve the website.
  • Cookies used by GA4 typically have a validity period ranging from a few minutes to several months or up to two years (for example, cookies that distinguish users or sessions).
  • We activate these cookies only on the basis of your consent to analytics cookies.

4.2 Google Tag Manager

Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC

  • Purpose: technical tool for managing measurement codes (GA4, marketing tags) through a single interface.
  • By itself, it typically does not use cookies to track users; it only ensures that other scripts are loaded according to the rules and consents you have set in the cookie banner.

4.3 Google Ads (advertising and remarketing tools)

Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC

  • Purpose: measuring the performance of ads (conversions, visits from ads) and possible remarketing – displaying ads to users who have visited our website.
  • Cookies may be stored for a period from several days to several months.
  • We use these cookies only if you have given your consent to marketing cookies.

4.4 Meta Ads (Meta Pixel – Facebook / Instagram)

Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited

  • Purpose: measuring the performance of ads on Facebook / Instagram, creating audiences and remarketing (showing targeted ads to users who have visited our website).
  • Meta may combine information about your visit with other information that it holds about you (for example, if you are logged into its services).
  • We activate these cookies only on the basis of your consent to marketing cookies.

4.5 LinkedIn Ads (LinkedIn Insight Tag)

Provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company

  • Purpose: measuring the performance of advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, analysing traffic from LinkedIn and possible remarketing (showing ads on LinkedIn to users who have visited our website).
  • We activate these cookies only if you have given your consent to marketing cookies.

4.6 Google Search Console

Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC

  • Purpose: analysing the visibility and performance of the website in Google search results (queries, positions, clicks to the website).
  • Data are collected by Google based on user interactions with search results; within our websites, we usually do not use additional cookies for this purpose.
  • We use Search Console as part of the analytics evaluation of the website’s performance.

5. Retention periods for cookies

The retention period of individual cookies depends on their type and the provider. In general:

  • Essential cookies: for the duration of the session (until the browser is closed) or for the time strictly necessary to ensure the functioning of the website.
  • Analytics cookies (GA4, Search Console): typically from several minutes up to several months or up to 24 months.
  • Marketing cookies (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads): usually from several days up to 18 months, depending on the settings of each platform.

The specific retention periods of individual cookies may change due to updates of the tools. Current information can also be found in the documentation of each provider (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

6. How you can set or reject cookies

You can control cookies in several ways:

  1. Cookie banner on our website
    • When you first visit our website, a cookie banner will appear where you can:
      • accept all categories of cookies,
      • refuse optional categories,
      • or manually select which categories you allow (analytics, marketing).
    • You can change your settings at any time via the “Cookie settings” / “Change cookie settings” link in the footer of the website (we recommend placing such a link there).
  2. Browser settings
    • In your browser, you can delete existing cookies and block the storage of new ones.
    • The procedure varies depending on the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.), usually in the “Privacy and security” section.
  3. Settings with individual providers
    • You can also partly manage personalised advertising directly in your accounts with Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or LinkedIn – in the sections relating to advertising preferences.

Please note: If you block certain types of cookies (e.g. essential cookies), the website may not function properly or some features may not be available.
